Roles and access

Team Member → Sub Foreman → Foreman → Admin → Owner.

Team Members see authorized tools at assigned sites. Sub Foremen and Foremen can view all company tools, including archives, but operate only in assigned site workspaces. Admins manage all company tools and employees and can assign employees to multiple active company sites. Owner access is platform-level; company work uses the selected company. Role Preview is read only.

Sign in and account access

Ask your Company Admin for an invitation or use Forgot password on the sign-in page. Deactivated accounts must be reactivated by an authorized manager.

Tools and returns

Search by asset number or tool name. Confirm sign-out to yourself; managers may select an assigned team member. Return in good condition or describe damage. Damaged tools require inspection before reuse.

Overnight tools

Ask a site manager for an extension. Deadlines are shown in the job site’s time zone.
